Hope all is going well! As you can tell, it's taking me forever to try and catch-up on everything since I've returned. My sincere apologies to all, I do mean to reply to everyone. Sorry! (870 messages to go! )

You might have noticed that my gallery has been greatly reduced. Note: This is not a complaint or rant, etc. in any way against dA. I completely respect, love and sincerely support dA and everyone on the dA staff. My big Thanks to dA and all of it's staff for the time, effort, and great job they do! Always!

In order to better comply with dA policies, and to try and always be on the safe & respectful side of dA, I have removed all of my submissions that might not be in keeping in any way with, "Your submissions and all the material within it must have been created entirely by your own hand and through your own effort." (As has been clearly stated in dA policies).

I admit, I don't know all of the specifics, and so I am left a little bit confused on the issue, but any submissions of mine that used; 3D models, midi music, music (All music that I had used, I received the express permission of it's use), logos, stock art, the dA Fella Mascot, motion capture files, friends that have given me their art work or concepts to use in my submissions to do art works of or for, -basically trying to make sure that I remove anything that was not created entirely by my own hand and through my own effort.

I hope to fully comply with all of dA's policies, and again, I Thank all of dA for the outstanding time and work they do. I have always tried to do my sincere best to use only material in my submissions that is copyright & royalty free, where I have been given permission to use it with any material that I did not create entirely by my own hand or through my own effort.

If I did not create it entirely by my own hand and through my own effort, I removed it from my gallery. My sincere apologies to all at dA for any of my submissions where I failed to fully comply with this policy or any of dA's policies. dA has my full support!
